The KlönBerg KB-2339 is an 8-piece cookware set with four stainless steel pots and four matching glass lids. Each pot has a decorative gold-tone Greek key band around the body, gold-coloured side handles and a gold knob on the lid. The four sizes, from 14 cm to 22 cm, cover sauces, side dishes, soups and everyday family meals.

The set is designed for healthy cooking. Food warms quickly and the material retains heat well, so you can cook with little water and fry with little fat. This helps keep vitamins, minerals and flavour in the food. According to the manual, the lid design returns condensed steam to the pot, and a water-vapour seal forms between the rim and the lid. Every pot has a pouring rim that prevents dripping, and the pots look good enough to go from stove to table. They nest inside one another or hang by their handles, so they take up little space.

Care and Cleaning

Before first use, wash in warm water with dish soap to remove production residues.
Dry right after washing. Wipe with a little vinegar to prevent limescale and remove marks.
Let hot pots cool naturally before washing to avoid warping.
Use wooden or nylon utensils. Avoid metal or sharp tools and abrasive scourers.
To remove burnt-on food, fill the pot with water and bring it to a boil.

Usage Tips

Meat: Heat the pot on medium for a few minutes. It is ready when a few drops of water skitter across the surface.
Eggs and fish: Preheat 2-3 minutes with a little fat.
Vegetables: Fill no more than two thirds full and add only a little water. Lower the heat once steam appears.
Lid: Avoid lifting it often, because escaping steam dries the food.
Safety: Do not let the flame extend beyond the base of the pot. On traditional stoves, check the handles regularly.
